We have combined the most beautiful and the sweetest Slovenian fruits into our pride, which we have named the Slovenian Jar. This is a charming jar of sweet treasures of Slovenian nature. It consists of colourful fruits, carefully arranged to reflect the colours of our national tricolour – creating a beautiful contrast of white, blue, and red. The jar is adorned with a relief silhouette of the Triglav mountain, refined with a sophisticated detail of a linden leaf, which gives it a distinctly Slovenian touch and elegant appearance.
When you open the jar, your culinary adventure of super crunchy, fruity flavours begins. The Slovenian Jar represents a wonderful, authentic Slovenian gift of nature, presenting our homeland with the sweetest fruits from our soil. Products
We are a family-run business from Žiri, where we grow and process fruit with love and respect for nature. The name LI combines the initials of the founders (Luka and Irena), and at the same time nods our core method – lyophilization. This is a gentle drying process in which we almost completely remove water from fruit by freezing and drying it at the same time. In this way, the fruit’s shelf life can be extended for decades, while preserving its beautiful natural appearance, nutritional value, and vitamins.
We grow high-quality fruit ourselves and/or purchase it from carefully selected Slovenian farms. Freeze-dried fruit is a crunchy and healthy snack suitable for all ages. It doesn’t contain additives – just fruit with its natural sweetness. It also makes a wonderful gift that combines health with sweet pleasure. For those who love variety, we have prepared colourful jars with mixed fruits, in which different types of fruits are combined into a true harmony of flavours.
